Wow where did that go. It is hard to believe that Little Miss turned 2. What a day it was.

Toddlers

Little Man is doing really well now, and has managed to make it past the terrible twos/threes stage and is slowly making it over the top to the hill.

Little Miss is a totally different story, I never realised how different boys and girls really are until you have one of each.

Little Miss was a very plasid and gentle baby, she would sleep really well and just goo and gaa like a good little baby, we really thought that she was going to be such a little gem. Well didn’t that change as she has grown up a bit, she is a bit of a monster child. Lucky she is cute!.

Worker Girl

The two little people were playing in the cubby house.

Worker Girl decided that the house needed a couple of renovations, she should wear her safety glasses.

Didn’t like to tell her that her safety glasses didn’t have any safety glass in them. Oops.

She didn’t seem to overly worried about it anyway, just got on with the work that needed to be done.

We have just had a wonderful weekend away with Nana & Grandad.

The children always have a great time with thier Grandparents, and of course thier Grandparents have a great time with them.

This time when it was time to go home the little man said “I don’t want to go home, I like it here with Nana & Grandad”

Unfortunately fun has to come to an end this time, and we had to come home.

We have had a very busy weekend this weekend

We have had a birthday party each day, a 1st birthday on Saturday and a 40th Birthday on Sunday.

But we managed to fit in lots of fun.

Fun by the pool, wearing the Little Mans Sunnies, and Hiding under the table, ready with a big cheesy grin.

Today was just one of those days…

Have you ever had one of those days, when you just want it to finish, go to bed, wake up and start a new day all fresh. Hoping that everyone else in the house does the same thing so that you wake up all happy and yesterday never happened.

Well today was one of those days. I just wanted the ground to open up and swallow me. The little Man was just having a day, where everything was wrong, he didn’t want to do that, or this, or anything that you suggested at all. He felt the need to punish his sister by pushing her

This is Our Story So Far - Part 1 - Little Man

Then we come to Little Miss, she is another story all together. Again we had to take the magic pills to conceive, but at least we knew what we were dealing with this time. We are one of the lucky ones to have one of each, we was sure through the whole pregnancy that it was going to be another boy, but I was mistaken. J was blown away, he was kissing the mid wife he was so happy.

I really wanted to breast feed but I am sorry to say that I didn’t even attempt it this time around.
