Just Being a Mum

I know I said that I couldn’t belive it when Little Miss turned 2 last month, but I really can’t believe that the little man has turned 4. Wow!

He was so excited that he was going to turn 4, “I am a big boy now I have turned 4″

We just had a quiet one this year with family and friends, he has been lucky as he has had a couple of parties with a couple of cakes, when he actual birthday came he asked me where his cake was. He had already had 2 cakes.

Construction Worker

The Little Man has decided this week that he is going to become a construction worker.

It is pretty funny when he puts on his safety goggles and his hard hat, he even puts his tools in his pants. Even if they are his pyjamas.

I love him to death, he makes me smile.

As you know the Little Man started pre-school last week.

This is the artwork that he came home with, what a great painting.

I said to him that I will have to take a picture of his painting, and show all on the blog.

First Day at Pre-School

The Little Man started pre-school last week, wow that was a very interesting experience for all involved.

I left little miss with Nana & Pop so that I could concentrate on the little man and his big day. I don’t know though I think that it was a bigger day for me than for him.

He was so excited to go, he was saying in the car on the way there, “I am excited about going to school today”, I was excited for him, and I thought that I was ok with it all. UNTIL it was time to say goodbye, he just waved with this big smile on

3D Glasses

Daddy went to a 3D movie during the week, Little Man thought the glasses were great.

I took the lenses out as they made your eyes go a bit strange.

Very studious looking, hilarious if you ask me.

Wrestling Champion

On New Years we went to a friends house for a BBQ, the little man was given this outfit as a present.

He thought that it was great that we were all laughing at him.

The funniest thing was that he had no idea what the outfit is, as he has never seen the wrestling (and not likely to for a while yet).

He had fun and it was very funny watching him copy the others as he didn’t really know what he was doing.

The Little Man wanted Grandad to watch Play School with him.

I thought it was really cute, and looked pretty comfortable too.

He just loves the camera, every chance he can get to take a picture he will take it.

Nana & Grandad gave him their old camera and he has had a great time with it.

He watched his Dad take a picture of himself & a friend the other week, so of course he had to give it a go, this is what we ended up with. I thought it was a great photo, well done.

Today was just one of those days…

Have you ever had one of those days, when you just want it to finish, go to bed, wake up and start a new day all fresh. Hoping that everyone else in the house does the same thing so that you wake up all happy and yesterday never happened.

I have put together this blog while my children are small, you will be able to watch us grow, hopefully helping you out on the way with some tips and tricks that we find out.  But I thought that we should really start at the beginning so that you know what we have come through to get us to this point.
