This was a really yummy pork curry that I found, it is up to you really how hot you make it, it can be a mild curry or a hot curry, you take your pick.
Ingredients
1 tsp olive oil
500g pork (diced)
1 large brown onion
2 cloves garlic
2 tsp curry powder
1/2 tsp cayenne pepper (this will still give it a bite, but if you like your curry hot then just add more)
100g snow peas, ends trimmed
1/4 fresh pineapple skin & core removed, cut into 2.5cm cubes
1 cup uncooked long grain rice, cooked to serve

A Yummy Apple Cake
I know I shouldn’t really follow the weight loss post with such a yummy looking cake. But as I have said before, every thing in moderation, you can have a small piece, it does have apples in it, and we all know that they have great health benefits.
Ingredients
140g softened butter
200g caster sugar
2 eggs, beaten
200g self-raising flour
1/2 teaspoon ground cloves
1/4 teaspoon grated nutmeg
450g Granny Smith Apples (Green), peeled, cored and thickly sliced
Icing sugar to dust

Bangers and Beans Made in Just One Pot.
This is a great recipe when you are in a hurry, you want something filling, and you don’t want to make a big mess in the kitchen. It is very quick, easy, and very tasty.
If you are not sure what a Banger is, it is a Sausage, it is best to use good quality thick sausages for this recipe, as they make it taste better.
