It is also a very messy time when they want to feed themselves.

Or when Spaghetti Bolognaise is on the menu, which as you can see Little Miss really likes.

A Yummy Apple Cake

I know I shouldn’t really follow the weight loss post with such a yummy looking cake. But as I have said before, every thing in moderation, you can have a small piece, it does have apples in it, and we all know that they have great health benefits.

Ingredients

140g softened butter
200g caster sugar
2 eggs, beaten
200g self-raising flour
1/2 teaspoon ground cloves
1/4 teaspoon grated nutmeg
450g Granny Smith Apples (Green), peeled, cored and thickly sliced
Icing sugar to dust

Putting it all together

1. Heat oven to 180℃/350℉ or 160℃/320℉ fan forced. Line your cake tin, a deep, 20cm round tin.
2. Put the butter and sugar into a large bowl and beat

Fruit & Vegetables

This is my first You Capture, I really love the idea, so I am sure that you will see more from me.

This weeks challenge for You Capture is Food. I just love fruit and vegetables, they have such great colours to photograph. So I have captured some fruit and vegetables for this challenge.

I was trying to be a bit arty farty, I thought that I did a pretty good job if I do say so myself, what do you think?

Weight loss programs that I have followed

As you may know already I like to read and write about Weight Loss, so here is another post to help you on your way to losing some weight if you want to.

I think choosing the actual program to lose the weight is the hardest thing any of us can do, we always have so many questions

I just wanted to share this video with you all, we were having so much fun.

I really love to watch our little ones having so much fun. I hope that you enjoy it, and it makes you have a bit of a laugh.

I do however want to say that I have NO idea where the little man gets his dance moves from.

I was surprised when I received this award, it is always nice to receive an award for what you do.

He just loves the camera, every chance he can get to take a picture he will take it.

Nana & Grandad gave him their old camera and he has had a great time with it.

He watched his Dad take a picture of himself & a friend the other week, so of course he had to give it a go, this is what we ended up with. I thought it was a great photo, well done.
